30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We recommend trying your product for a few nights to experience its benefits before requesting a return.
Eligibility for returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep masks and pillowcases may not be eligible unless defective.
To request a return:
Email us at support@thelioraboutique.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Return Process

Return Approval – Our team will provide instructions if your return is approved.
Ship the Item – Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for security.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@thelioraboutique.com and include clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Damage due to normal wear, improper use, or accidents is not covered.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control. TheLioraBoutique is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, refunds, or reshipments.
